The Sub Contractor has developed task and site specific SWMS with its workgroup for tasks being undertaken

The Sub Contractor has submitted the signed SWMS to Associated Rigging before arriving to site

When undertaking manual work, PPE is to be worn with the exception of those tasks identified and documented in the SWMS as not reasonably practicable.

Upon arrival to site, the Sub Contractor will submit testing records of their electrical equipment including RCDs that is traceable to all their electrical equipment and RCDs used on site

Upon arrival to site, the Sub Contractor will submit a Licence to Perform High Risk (for all operators of plant legislated under the high risk classification), and a ticket or statement of attainment issued by an accredited trainer/assessor who is satisfied the operator has demonstrated the competency required for all plant not legislated by Licence to Perform High Risk

If requested Subcontractor will provide evidence to demonstrate compliance with industrial instrument or modern award
