Contracts Administrator

We are seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in managing our contractual processes while maintaining alignment with company standards and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Review, analyse, and interpret contracts for compliance with policies, regulations, and standards.

  • Participate in negotiations for favourable contract terms, offering valuable insights.

  • Collaborate with the Managing Director, HSEQ Manager and stakeholders to align contracts with project goals.

  • Identify risks and provide innovative solutions to minimise project impact.

  • Partner with legal representation for compliant contract adjustments.

  • Ensure strict adherence to policies, ISO standards, and regulations.

  • Monitor and enforce contract obligations, addressing issues promptly.

  • Coordinate with Operations dept for seamless contract communication.

  • Maintain organised, updated project contract records.

  • Prepare and distribute accurate contract documents.

  • Generate reports on contract status, expenses, and risks.
    Exemplify exceptional customer service and uphold company image.

Selection Criteria
 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Legal Studies, or related field (not essential but would be an advantage.

  • Proven experience in contract admin, negotiation, and risk assessment.

  • Solid grasp of legal and regulatory contract demands.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Detail-focused with exceptional organisational abilities.

  • Proficient in document management and teamwork.

  • Thrives in fast-paced settings, adept at problem-solving.

  • Creative thinker proposing innovative solutions.

  • Preferably familiar with ISO standards and industry compliance.

  • Graduates are encouraged to apply.
